ถ้าเรามี Fotolia แอคเคาท์แล้ว ก็มาเริ่มลงมืออัพโหลดภาพขึ้นไป โดยทำการ up load image ผ่านทางหน้าเว็บได้เลย ซึ่งในที่นี้จะกล่าวถึงกรณีที่ไม่ต้องใส่พวก MR PR นะครับ
ทาง Fotolia นั้น จะมีเครื่องมือช่วยในการอัพโหลดภาพของเราอยู่ 3 ตัว คือ
(1) Upload new files (Images and vectors)
(2) Upload via Flash (Images and vectors)
(3) Upload via FTP (Images, vectors and videos)
ซึ่งถ้าภาพเรามีไม่เยอะ ก็อัพไปผ่านทาง Upload new files ก็เพียงพอแล้ว
ในที่นี้จะมีอยู่ 4 หัวข้อที่เราต้องกดเลือก คือ
1. My file does not contain anyone that can be recognized – otherwise, model releases are included for all recognizable people depicted. : ภาพนี้ไม่มีสถานที่หรือบุคคลอยู่ในภาพ ถ้ามีก็ไม่ต้องเลือกข้อนี้ แต่ต้องอัพ MR PR เข้าไปเพิ่ม
2. I am the author of the file and own all artistic elements in the image. : เราเป็นเจ้าของไฟล์ภาพจริงๆ
3. My file does not contain trademarks or elements protected by industrial or intellectual property laws. : ภาพไม่มีสัญลักษณ์เครื่องหมายการค้าใดๆ
4. My file is the type of file Fotolia customers need. : เฟล์ของเราเป็นสื่งที่ลูกค้าต้องการ
โดยส่วนมาก ก็จะเลือกไปทั้ง 4 ข้อเลย ยกเว้นว่ามีพวก MR PR ที่ต้องเพิ่มเข้าไป และมีข้อกำหนดของไฟล์ image และ vector อีก ตามนี้
Images
* Image must be in JPEG format.
* Image resolution must not be less than 2400 x 1600 (4 Million pixels).
* Upload images with a normal aspect ratio
* Files must be less than 30 megabytes.
* Do not interpolate or resize your files (original resolution is required).
* You need to be the author of the files uploaded on Fotolia.
* You require a signed model release from each person displayed in the file.
* Do not upload files with logos or other protected trademarks.
* Do not upload files protected by intellectual or private property rights without a release (including products, homes, and locations).
Vectors
* Vectors must be placed in a ZIP archive, along with a JPEG preview.
* AI and EPS are supported vector formats.
* To ensure maximum compatibility, please save your vectors in a format compatible with earlier versions of Adobe Illustrator (for example, Illustrator 10).
* Preview resolution must not be less than 5000 x 3000 (15 million pixels).
* Files must be less than 2 megabytes.
* You need to be the author of the files uploaded on Fotolia.
* Do not upload files with logos or other protected trademarks.
* Vectors should be creative, detailed and clean (simple vectors lacking creative details will be refused).
* Do not upload vectorized images.
หลังจากเลือกรูปเสร็จแล้ว ก็กดปุ่ม upload files แล้วอัพภาพขึ้นไปได้เลย รอไม่นานก็จะเข้าสู่หน้าจอ การใส่รายละเอียดภาพและการเลือกหมวดหมู่
จะมีสิ่งที่ต้องกรอกข้อมูลที่สำคัญๆ คือ
1. Title : คำอธิบายหัวข้อภาพ
2. Keyword : ใส่ keyword ให้กับภาพ แนะนำว่าพิมพ์ไว้ก่อนให้เสร็จ แล้วกอปมาลงจะง่ายกว่า
3. Categories เลือกหมวดหมู่ให้กับภาพ
4. Choose your contract คือเลือdประเภทของภาพ
* Is this file exclusive to Fotolia? ภาพนี้อัพมาที่ fotolia ที่เดียวหรือไม่
* If your file is declined by our editors, can we place it in the Fotolia free section? ถ้าภาพไม่ผ่าน ก็ให้ภาพนี้ไปอยู่ในหน้า free หรือไม่
5. ถ้าทุกอยากเสร็จแล้ว ก็กดยอมรับข้อตกลง แล้วกดปุ่ม submit and finish ได้เลย
เราสามารถเข้าไปตรวจสอบไฟล์ที่เราอัพโหลดขึ้นไปแล้ว ได้ที่หน้า Uploaded files ซึ่งในหน้านี้ก็จะมีรายละเอียดภาพของเราที่อัพขึ้นไป ทั้งแบบที่รอตรวจ แบบที่ผ่านแล้ว และอันที่ปัดตกไปด้วย
